Warranties

When you buy a new car today it should come with a manufacturer's limited warranty. Furthermore, often times used vehicles may still be covered under the original limited warranty or additional or extended coverage may be available for purchase.

It is extremely important that you understand your limited warranty. You need to read the documents very carefully so you understand exactly what is covered and what is not. We suggest you make a copy of these documents and keep the copy with the vehicle at all times. It is not uncommon to find yourself at a repair facility that tells you that the repair you need is not covered and without these documents it will be near impossible to debate this with them. Sometimes whether or not a repair is covered is obvious, but sometimes it is not so clear and the only way to figure it out is by carefully reading the documents.
